Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing “The Knowledge Castle” courses, workshops, and services operated by Ravi Taneja (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

Refund Eligibility

Once you have purchased our courses, enrolled in our workshops (offline or online), or subscribed to our services, please be aware of the following refund policy:

  • Refund Policy: We offer a refund policy if requested within 14 days of the batch start date.

Batch Change and Candidate Name Transfer

While refunds are available within the specified timeframe, we also offer the following options:

  • Batch Change: If you have enrolled in an online or offline course or workshop and are unable to attend the originally selected batch, you may request to join a different batch, subject to availability and approval by “The Knowledge Castle.”
  • Candidate Name Transfer: You may choose to allow another candidate to attend the course or workshop in your place. Please notify us of the candidate’s name and details at least 48 hours before the start of the course or workshop for processing.

Completion Certificate

The completion certificate will only be issued once, and it will be in the name of the candidate who attends the complete course or workshop, passes the required examination, or completes the given assignment (whichever is applicable).

Please ensure that refund requests are made within 2 days of the batch start date. Requests made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Absence Policy

If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop, they will be marked as absent, and no extended access will be provided beyond the mentioned validity of modules/lessons. Absent candidates are not eligible for a refund.

Discretion of “The Knowledge Castle”

Please note that any decisions regarding batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are at the discretion of “The Knowledge Castle.”

Technical Issues

For any technical issues you encounter, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the respective support email mentioned in the FAQ section of the course or workshop.

Our support team will assist you with the technical issue, and the response time will be a minimum of 2 working days. If we are unable to resolve your technical issue, a FULL refund will be initiated. Please note that this refund policy is applicable only to technical issues.
